Avaliação verificadai ordered 5 sets of filters and then waited a month, then rang to find out where my order was i was told they jadnt had them in stock but they will send them out the following day, and was told i could have the black friday discount as i had to wait so long and they were now on offer. what i got was 1 set of filters taken off my order (thats not a discount, its an incomplete order) then i received 2 sets in the post. another phone call later i was told that it was the fault of the trainee, not the person who was doing the training, and i would receive the other 2 sets in the post. at this point i didnt realise that the discount i had received wasnt a discount but was in fact an incomplete order so i had to go online again and order the 5th set of filters just to get my complete order. your only saving grace was the girl in customer support who bent over backwards to fix your mistakes but i certainly wont be recommending you to anyone. it was an absolute shambles from start to finish.

the second order i had to place to fix one of your many mistakes was ordered and delivered on time, however the first order. the one im complaining about is still showing as in preparation, i have a screen shot if you would like to see
